PARENTING WITH MENTAL HEALTH IN MIND

Parents/Guardians of Kids & Teens

A Kid's / Teen's inner world can shape everything--their social lives, academics, and overall mental state. But statistics are showing that anxiety, depression, self-harm, and so many other mental and emotional challenges are at their highest among our kids and teens.

If that thought makes you overwhelmed or scared, you’re not alone. We’re here to help. We’ve partnered with Parent Cue (Will Hutchinson & Dr. Chinwé Williams) to provide some essential insights to help us learn the psychology of what’s going on in your Kid’s / Teen's brain and science-based, practical tools to help you navigate your kid’s mental health.

Through these five Sunday morning gatherings, we will be equipped to Show up, See them, Listen, Speak life, and Build Grit.

This opportunity is open to all who want to be equipped in these areas. These sessions will be led by our Student Wellness Coordinators, Katie Schafer (Educational Specialist in School Psychology) & Kelsey Bigelow (Special Education Teacher). Childcare is not provided for this class. Please register by clicking below.
